TUNA AND PASTA SALAD

Stop searching for an ideal dish for your family! With tuna and pasta salad, you will deeply enjoy and resist its tempting aroma and flavors. This dish is filled with whole meat pasta shapes, mayonnaise, sweet corn kernels, avocado, green pepper, tomatoes, and other extra seasonings.

Preparation Method :

  • Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to the boil, add the pasta and cook for 10 minutes, until just tender.
  • Drain, return to the saucepan and add half the oil.
  • Toss well to coat, then cover and leave to cool.
  • Whisk the mayonnaise, yogurt and pesto together in a jug, adding a little oil if needed to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Add a pinch of salt and season to taste with pepper.
  • Mix the pasta with the tuna, sweet corn, tomatoes, green pepper and avacado, add the dressing and toss well to coat.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams small whole meat pasta shapes
  • 4 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon natural yogurt
  • 4 tablespoon pesto
  • 300 grams tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
  • 300 grams no added sugar sweet corn kernels, drained
  • 4 tomatoes, peeled, deseeded and chopped
  • 1 green pepper, deseeded and chopped
  • 1 avacado, stoned, peeled and chopped
  • Salt and pepper
