CEVICHE OF SCALLOPS

The Ceviche of Scallops recipe is introduced to those who want to experience the latest seafood dish with unique flavor. This is typically offered to any type of high class chain foods. You can prepare this dish for about one hour and ca serve for eight persons.

Preparation Time :
40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Start a day in advance. Clean the scallops wash them and pat dry.
  • Cut away the orange part and slice the white part into 1 inch slices. Put them in a bowl and pour the lime or lemon juice over them; chill for 24 hours.
  • Just before serving, pour off the fruit juice and discard. Stir in the shallot, parsley and oil.
  • Serve on the scallop shells. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 25 large scallops, with 6 flat shells 
  • 500 ml fresh lime 
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped shallot
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
