Preparation Method :

  • Heat the margarine and oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add the prawns and scallops and cook quickly for 2 minutes, or until the scallops are just tender.
  • Stir in the parsley and lemon juice.
  • Serve immediately. 


  • 50 grams margarine
  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 500 grams peeled prawns
  • 15 shelled scallops, halved
  • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Juice of 1 lemon
