Preparation Method :

  • Place the fish in a casserole dish. Mix together the remaining ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste, and pour them over the fish.
  • Cover and cook in a preheated moderately hot oven for about 20 minutes or until the fish is tender.


  • 200 grams pieces coley or cod
  • 200 ml lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon French mustard
  • 2 teaspoon light brown sugar
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
