Fish with vegetables – what a perfect match! This dish is extremely healthy because of its tasty ingredients and added components. It is mix with butter, white fish fillet, single cream, fresh herbs and other palatable ingredients. This dish is made easier for preparation for your daily meals.

45 minutes

25 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Melt the butter or margarine in a frying pan. Add the carrots, onion and celery.
  • Stir, then cover and cook gently for 5 to 7 minutes until soft but not browned. Cut the fish into serving pieces.
  • Push the vegetables to one side, place the fish in the pan and cook for 1 minute on each side.
  • Add the tomatoes, water or wine, bay leaf and herbs, then spoon the vegetables over the top. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover and cook gently for 7 to 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. With a slotted spoon, remove the fish and vegetables to a hot serving dish.
  • Stir the cream into juices left in the pan, then spoon over the fish.
  • Serve with plain boiled rice or noodles.


  • 50 Grams butter or margarine
  • 4 Carrots, thinly sliced 
  • 2 Small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Large stick celery, finely chopped 
  • 700 Grams white fish fillets
  • 4 Tomatoes, skinned and chopped 
  • 2 Tablespoon water or white wine
  • 2 Bay leaf
  • 4 Teaspoons chopped fresh herbs (thyme, parsley, fennel, dill, chervil, tarragon, chives)
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper 
  • 4 Tablespoons single cream
