SMOKED FISH HASH

Smoke fish hash – ideal dish for your family! It is perfectly combined with smoked cod or haddock, potatoes, grated lemon, cream, butter, chopped parsley and other essential ingredients. This unique dish entirely matches for your daily meals including lunch or dinner.

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix together the fish, potatoes, onion, parsley and lemon rind.
  • Heat the butter in a heavy-based frying pan, and then add the fish mixture, pressing it down well to form a cake.
  • When the base starts to brown, turn the mixture, add salt and pepper to taste and pour over the soured cream. Cook until very hot.
  • Garnish with chives and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams smoked haddock or cod, cooked and flaked 
  • 4 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 100 grams butter
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 4 tablespoons soured cream chopped chives to garnish
