This Spanish fish is made entirely with healthy ingredients like white fish fillets, flour, tomatoes, tomato puree, and other seasonings. Because of its red chili, the menu becomes more appealing and tasty. It deeply surrounds with creamy sauce that is best for lunch and dinner.

20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cut the fish into largish chunks and coat in seasoned flour.
  • Heat the oil in a heavy-based casserole, add the fish and cook for a few minutes until golden all over. Remove fish and reserve.
  • Chop tomatoes and add to the casserole with the juice from the can, the chili, green pepper, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook, uncovered, until near boiling, then adds fish chunks, cover and cook gently for 20 minutes.
  • Stir in tomato puree (paste) and cook for a further 5 minutes.
  • Serve with chunks of crusty fresh bread.


  • 1 kg white fish fillets
  • 50 gram plain flour, seasoned with salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 500 gram tomatoes
  • 2 fresh chili, seeded and chopped
  • 2 green pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon tomato puree
