JUMBO PRAWN DELIGHT

Preparation Method :

  • Melt the butter in a pan and saute the garlic for about a minute.
  • Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and prawn stock. Combine the Aji No Moto and the corn flour and make a thin paste using a little water.
  • Add the paste to the mixture in the pan. Simmer till the corn flour is cooked. Add the boiled prawns and adjust seasoning with salt. Simmer till the prawns are well cooked.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams Jumbo prawns, shelled, deveined, rinsed, drained and boiled    
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon Soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Butter    
  • 1 tablespoon Corn flour    
  • ¼ teaspoon Aji No Moto    
  • 6 cloves Garlic, minced    
  • Salt to taste
