Sautéed large prawns with an avocado puree is carefully cooked with palatable ingredients such as large prawns, avocados, lemons, lime, chervil and other extra seasonings. This exceptional and delicious dish is not so tough to prepare and can automatically have this within 45 minutes.

40 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the oven.
  • Mash the avocados with a fork; add the salt, pepper, lemon juice, lime juice, pepper mixture and a tablespoon of olive oil. Stir in the chopped basil and chervil.
  • Carefully shell the prawns and place them in the mini square casseroles.
  • Fry them gently in a little olive oil, 2 minutes in the oven and set aside to get cold.
  • Place the avocado puree in the mini square casseroles, than add the prawns with their cooking juice. Add fresh basil and chervil to garnish.
  • Cover and serve.


  • 10 large prawns
  • 6 avocados
