MOUTH WATERING FISH PATTIES

Preparation Method :

  • Combine together all the ingredients except the egg, bread crumbs and oil. Divide into 14-16 portions, shape each into patties.
  • Dip into the beaten egg, roll in bread crumbs and leave to dry at least for 5 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and shallow-fry the patties till golden brown on both sides. Serve piping hot with chutney.

INGREDIENTS

  • 220 grams Fish, cleaned, washed, boiled, deboned and flaked    
  • 225 grams Potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 15 grams Onion, finely chopped    
  • 15 grams Coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 2 teaspoon Corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Bread crumbs to coat
  • IDHAYAM Sesame Oil to fry
  • Finely chopped Green chillies, to taste
  • Pepper and salt, to taste
