Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the prawns for a few minutes. Add water and cook covered for a little while.
  • Add the seasoning and sauce, allow it to boil for a few minutes. Add the lemon juice, stir well and serve hot.


  • 225 grams Prawns, shelled, deveined, rinsed and chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 3 teaspoon Soya sauce
  • 3 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Grind to a fine paste

  • ¼ " piece Ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 Red chilli
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander leaves
  • 4 Peppercorns
