Preparation Method :

  • Bring the ginger, garlic, wine and a little water to a boil. Add the prawns and shrimps to it and cook till tender. Remove from flame and keep aside.
  • Combine the prepared stock, tomato puree, chopped onion, celery, salt and bring to a boil. Simmer till the vegetables are tender. Add the fish.
  • Serve hot.


  • 3 Jumbo Prawns, shelled, deveined and rinsed        
  • 500 grams Shrimps, shelled, deveined and rinsed
  • 1 Onion finely chopped    
  • 50 ml White wine        
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced    
  • 1 clove Garlic minced    
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato puree
  • ½ stick Celery finely chopped    
  • Salt to taste
  • Sliced, Boiled, Blended and Reserve the Stock
  • 1 Carrot    
  • 200 grams Cabbage
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 stick Celery
