Preparation Method :

  • Beat the egg white with corn flour, aji no moto, salt and rice wine. Add the shrimps to this mixture. Leave to marinate for about 1½ hour.
  • Heat the oil in a wok, add the shrimps and peas and fry for a minute. Drain and set aside.
  • The Sauce: Heat the oil in a pan, add all the other ingredients and cook for about a minute or two. Add the shrimps and peas. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot on cabbage leaves.


  • 750 grams Shrimps shelled, deveined, cleaned and dried
  • 75 grams Green peas shelled and boiled with a little sugar
  • 50 ml Rice wine
  • 2 tablespoon Cornflour
  • ¼ teaspoon Aji no moto
  • 1 Egg white    
  • Salt to taste
  • Cabbage leaves, washed and dried to serve

The Sauce

  • 50 ml IDHAYAM sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Rice wine        
  • ¼ teaspoon Aji no moto    
  • Salt to taste
