SHREDDED, STIR-FRIED POMFRETS

Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger and garlic paste and saute till brown.
- Add onions and green chilies. Fry till brown.
- Add coconut, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, lemon juice, vinegar and salt. Cook on slow fire for 5 minutes.
- Add fish and stir gently till the fish is done. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Pomfrets(medium-sized), washed, shredded
- 3 tablespoon cooking oil for frying
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 4 Green chilies, sliced
- 300 grams Coconut fresh, grated
- 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
