Preparation Method :

  • Marinate with all the ingredients for hours.
  • Remove from marinade, baste the prawns with oil and bake in a hot oven for about 15-20 minutes at 180oC/ 350oF/ Gas mark 4 or until tender.
  • Serve piping hot.


  • 1½ teaspoon Chilli powder    
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice    
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar    
  • 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 6-9 Jumbo prawns, cleaned, rinsed and drained
  • Few drops Red food colouring    
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder    
  • Salt to taste

Grind to a fine paste

  • 1 " piece Ginger    
  • 6 cloves Garlic  
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Onions
