Preparation Method :
- Combine all the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the fish in it for about 3-4 hrs.
- Grease a large baking tray or casserole with oil, lay the fish in it, pour the marinade over and bake in a hot oven till golden brown.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ kg Whole fish, cleaned, washed, drained and incised
- Cooking oil to grease
The Marinade
- 100 grams beaten Curd
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic- green chilli paste
- 2 teaspoon Tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Coriander-cumin powder
- Few drops Red food colouring
- Salt to taste
