HUMMUS WITH CRUNCHY VEGETABLES

Preparation Method :

  • Place the chickpeas in a blender with the garlic, tahini, lemon juice and yogurt. Blend until smooth.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and serve with carrot sticks, red pepper sticks, cucumber sticks and apple wedges.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams no-salt, no-sugar canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ½ garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon tahini
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice, to taste
  • ½ tablespoon natural yogurt
  • Carrot sticks, red pepper sticks, cucumber sticks and apple wedges, to serve
