Preparation Method :

  • Under a hot grill, grill the turkey rashers for 2-3 minutes on each side. Leave to cool and cut into thin strips.
  • Spoon the soup into a medium saucepan and heat gently for about 5 minutes, make sure not to boil.
  • Pour the soup into serving bowls and sprinkle the turkey strips on top to serve.


  • 750 grams turkey rashers
  • 900 ml of extra-thick vegetable soup
