Fresh and Tomato Soup is one of a kind dish that you can’t help buy try! This is simply amazing as a dish because it contains a lot of irresistible ingredients like onion, whole meal flour, skimmed milk, sherry, salt, dark mushrooms and low-fat yoghurt!

Cooking Time :

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the onion and garlic gently.
  • Add the tomatoes to the onion with the vegetable stock, basil, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes and, if wished, serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.


  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil 
  • 2 large onion, peeled and finely chopped 
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed 
  • 600 grams tomatoes, skinned and chopped 
  • 500 ml vegetable stock 
  • 4 basil sprigs, chopped 
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
