Preparation Method :

  • Clean and chop the onions finely. Melt the butter in your pressure cooker. Add the onions and brown for 7 minutes, sprinkling them with flour.
  • Cook for several minutes. Add water. Add salt and pepper. Close and cook for 11 minutes from the pressure cooker hissing. After cooking, stir.
  • Serve the onion soup in a tureen and with grated cheese and slices of dry bread separate.
