CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER

Makes :
150 grams

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • In a food processor, add roasted, unsalted and skinned peanuts for a few seconds until roughly chopped. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the chunky nuts. Pulse the remaining mixture for a minute.
  • Combine seasalt, 1 teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon peanut oil. Process at a high speed for 15 minutes until creamy.
  • Scrape the sides of the bowl every now and then so that the mixture is evenly processed and the oils are extracted. Stir in the reserved nuts.
  • Transfer into a jar and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
