SPROUTS SPREAD

Preparation Method :

  • Steam sprouts lightly till they become a little soft.
  • Drain excess water and leave to cool.
  • In a mixer, grind the sprouts together with garlic, chilli and pepper to a smooth paste.
  • To the paste, add the hung yogurt, salt and sugar and whisk together for a good blend.
  • Use as spread for sandwiches. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams sprouted green gram
  • 2 tablespoon hung yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small green chilli
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper, powdered
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste
