Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4.
  • Wrap each cob in a piece of foil. Bake for 15 minutes or until the kernels are tender.
  • Make the sauce by mix the mint, parsley with yogurt, cloves and sauce. Adjust seasoning.
  • Serve the dip with the corn on the cob.


  • 4 medium corn on the cob, husks removed
  • 20 grams chopped fresh mint
  • 25 grams chopped fresh parsley
  • 150 grams carton of low-fat natural yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • A few drops of Tabasco sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
