Avocado is another healthy fruit that is appropriate to include in your diet scheme. With the minerals and vitamins of avocado, you can surely maintain your health. You can cook this recipe for one hour and can serve for four people.

Preparation Method :

  • Cut the avocado pears in half and remove the stones. Peel each half and lay, cut side down, on a board.
  • Slice across thinly, then lift on to a serving late and press firmly to separate the slices.
  • Add 2 tablespoon of the dressing to the roe and mix well.
  • Spoon the remaining dressing over the Avocados to coat completely, and then spoon the lumpfish roe down the centre of each pear.
  • Serve immediately.  


  • 6 ripe avocados 
  • 8 tablespoons French dressing
  • 6 tablespoons lumpfish roe
