Preparation Method :

  • Halve the grapefruit, using a zigzag cut. Remove the flesh from the halves.
  • Peel and segment the oranges, remove the membranes and cut the segments into pieces.
  • Mix with the grapefruit and return to the grapefruit shells.
  • Mix together the lemon juice, lemonade and chopped mint.
  • Pour into an ice tray and freeze until mushy. Pile on top of the grapefruit and decorate with a sprig of mint.
  • Serve immediately. 


  • 4 large grapefruit 
  • 4 oranges
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 500 ml low-calorie lemonade
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped mint 
  • 8 mint sprigs, to garnish
