Garlic Dash is a likeable dish because it contains a lot of its ingredients like peppercorns, roasted channa dhal or fried gram, garlic and salt! It can shortly be served for ten minutes so you better be in a hurry and serve for Garlic Dash!

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the finely chopped garlic, the peppercorns, the sesame oil and the roasted channa dhal. It's ready.


  • 25 pods of garlic, finely chopped
  • 10 grams of black peppercorns 
  • 4 teaspoons of sesame oil
  • 200 grams of roasted channa dhal (fried gram)
  • Salt, if desired
