PRAWN AND MELON COCKTAILS

Preparation Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cut the melon in half, scoop out the seeds, and chill.
  • Mix together the prawns (shrimp), capers and celery. Combine the mayonnaise, tomato puree (paste), Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stir the prawn (shrimp) mixture into the dressing and just before serving, spoon into the melon halves.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with thinly sliced brown bread and butter.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 small ripe melons
  • 100 grams peeled prawns
  • 2 teaspoon capers
  • 2 stick celery, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Chopped parsley to garnish
