Preparation Method :

  • Cook the potatoes in a large pot of boiling water until tender, 15 minutes. After 7 minutes, add the green beans and sugar snap peas. Cook until tender, 5 minutes. Drain well.
  • Sauté the steaks in oil for 5 minutes on each side, until cooked to your liking. Season with salt and pepper. Slice the steak into thin strips.
  • Mix the remaining oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, mustard, and sugar in a small bowl.
  • Arrange the steak, potatoes, green beans, sugar snap peas, olives, chilli, parsley, and tomatoes in a large salad bowl. Drizzle with the dressing and toss gently. Serve hot.


  • 750 grams new potatoes, quartered
  • 150 grams green beans
  • 150 grams sugar snap peas
  • 750 grams fillet steak
  • 150 ml sesame oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 100 ml red wine vinegar
  • 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 100 grams green olives
  • 1 fresh red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 tomatoes, diced
