This salt and peppered fillet steak is cooked with a little salty and peppered sauce. Every steak is tendered with added ingredients for perfect flavorings. Along with its palatable ingredients, the menu is made to fully satisfy your cravings for perfect dish combinations.

Preparation Method :

  • Place carrot, celery, coriander leaves and garlic cloves in a blender or food processor.
  • Lay the steak in a clean bowl and cover with the carrot mixture and the dry marinade. Stir it well and leave it for 2 hours.
  • Chop the coriander stems finely then chilli and spring onion.
  • Add the beef to a lightly oiled wok or deep frying pan and fry for 5 minutes, until the beef is crisp on the outside.
  • Add the chopped coriander stems, chilli and spring onion.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground white pepper and serve on a bed of finely chopped iceberg lettuce.


  • 450 grams best-quality British steak, diced
  • A little cooking oil
  • 100 grams shredded iceberg lettuce

For the marinade

  • 1 carrot, peeled and diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • A bunch of coriander, leaves and stems separated
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and roughly chopped

A pinch of the dry ingredients

  • garlic powder, onion powder, chilli powder, custard powder, self-raising flour, corn flour, salt, sugar, Perasa seasoning and freshly ground white pepper
  • 1 hot red chilli
  • 25 grams coriander stems
  • 25 grams spring onion, washed
  • Salt and freshly ground white pepper
