Preparation Method :

  • Cook the broccoli in a large pan of boiling salted water for 4 minutes.
  • Save 2 tablespoon of the cooking water, then drain the broccoli and set aside in the colander.
  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium flame. Season, then fry the paneer for 3 minutes on each side until golden.
  • Move the paneer to the edge of the pan and add the garam masala, garlic, chilli and reserved cooking water.
  • Cook for 2 minutes, then toss in the broccoli along with the lemon zest and juice.
  • Add the seasoning. Toss everything together to heat through and serve with warm naan.



  • 2 Broccoli, broken into florets
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • A pinch each Salt and pepper
  • 500 grams Paneer, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Garam masala powder
  • 4 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 Fresh red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 2 Lemon, zested and juiced
  • Naan to serve
