Preparation Method :

  • Cut potatoes into 2cm pieces.
  • Boil, steam or microwave potatoes and cauliflower separately until almost tender; drain.
  • Heat oil in pan, add onion, garlic, ginger and chilies, cook, stirring, until onion is soft.
  • Add seeds and turmeric, cook, stirring, until fragrant.
  • Stir in potatoes, cauliflower, peas and milk, cook, stirring, until heated through.
  • Sprinkle with coriander.



  • 500 grams potatoes, peeled
  • 500 grams cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut oil
  • 150 grams onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 small fresh red chilies, seeded, chopped
  • 3 teaspoons black mustard seeds
  • 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 200 grams frozen peas
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
