ROASTED POTATOES WITH LEMON AND GARLIC

Preparation Method :

  • Peel potatoes, cut into 3 cm pieces.
  • Boil, steam or microwave potatoes until almost tender; drain, cool.
  • Place potatoes in bowl, add combined corn flour, cheese, oregano, rind, garlic and paprika; mix well.
  • Heat oil and butter in pan, add potato mixture, cook, stirring, until potatoes are browned and tender.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 50 grams corn flour
  • 25 grams grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 3 teaspoons grated lemon rind
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut oil
  • 50 grams butter
