Preparation Time :

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the grapes, sugar, yeast, wheat, egg white and water in a sterilized glass container.
  • Keep covered for 3-4 weeks and stir with a wooden spoon daily.
  • Strain the liquid through a cheese cloth and discard the sediments and solids.
  • Sprinkle half a cup of water on the sugar and melt and stir it to form a golden caramel and add the caramel to the strained liquid and mix well and fill it into sterilized glass bottles.
  • Strain the contents once a week for three weeks and then serve chilled.


  • 3 litres Water
  • 1 kg Grapes
  • 300 grams Wheat grains
  • 225 grams Sugar for caramel
  • 1.5 kg Sugar
  • 50 grams Fresh yeast
  • 1 Egg white, well beaten
