Preparation Time :

Preparation Method :

  • Mix together all the ingredients and leave them in a glass container untouched and covered for a week.
  • Stir every alternate day to mix all the ingredients well for the next 2 weeks.
  • Strain the mixture out through a cheese cloth into sterilized glass bottles and leave them in a cool place for one more week.
  • Pour in and strain the remaining sediments and serve chilled.


  • 2 litres Water
  • 500 grams Sultanas
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh yeast
  • 900 grams Sugar
  • 2-3 Cinnamon sticks
