Preparation Method :

  • Gently heat up 750 ml of water for 5-7 minutes and pour it over the rose petals, ginger and fennel seeds in a sterilized jar.
  • Add half the sugar to the mixture and stir well till it dissolves.
  • Add the remaining water and sugar to the yeast, allow to rest at least for 30 minutes, pour over the rose mixture in the jar.
  • Cover the top tightly with a plastic wrap and some string to hold it. Keep the jar in a cool place and ferment it for 2-3 days, stirring it at least once daily.
  • Strain it through a muslin cloth and discard the pulp and spices. Pour the wine in sterilized glass bottles and chill before serving.

  • 1 tablespoon Fennel seeds
  • 50 grams Fresh yeast
