Preparation Method :

  • Place the yeast in a small bowl of warm water and allow it to stand for a minute or two.
  • Place the chopped banana in a pot.
  • Dissolve the sugar in the water and pour it over the chopped bananas.
  • Add the yeast, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom to the pot and stir a couple of times to ensure that all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
  • Seal and cover the pot tightly with a plastic wrap and some string to hold it. Keep the pot in a cool place at least for a month.
  • Strain the fermented mixture a couple of times through a cheese cloth and then leave the wine covered in sterilized glass bottles for two weeks before consuming.
