Preparation Method :

  • Prepare the tamarind syrup by boiling tamarind concentrate, brown sugar and water in a pot. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Filter it.
  • Place ice cubes in the serving glass and add 3 tablespoon of tamarind syrup in each glass.
  • Pour the soda water.
  • Garnish with mint and serve it chill.


  • 350 ml soda water
  • 1 mint sprig
  • 10 ice cubes 
  • Tamarind syrup
  • 120 ml tamarind concentrate
  • 60 ml honey
  • 30 ml water
