ORANGES IN SYRUP

Preparation Time :
5 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Boil sugar and water for 15 minutes until thin syrup consistency is reached (stir it occasionally).
  • Add rose water and mix it well.
  • Arrange the orange segments in the serving bowl and pour the syrup over the orange segments.
  • Keep it in the refrigerator for chilling.
  • Just before the serving, remove it from the refrigerator.
  • Serve it. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oranges (peeled, pitted and skin removed) 
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon rosewater
