SPICY CHICKEN WITH TOMATOES

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Stir-fry the garlic over a medium heat for 1 - 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Add the chilies, chicken, onion, stock or water, fish sauce and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for 4 - 5 minutes or until the meat is cooked.
  • Add the tomatoes and basil leaves and stir-fry until the basil begins to wilt.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 6 Garlic cloves , finely chopped
  • 4 Red or green chilies, lightly bruised
  • 1 kg Chicken fillets skinless, finely sliced
  • 2 Red onions, thinly sliced
  • 8 tablespoons Chicken stock, vegetable stock or water 
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce 
  • 5 tablespoons Oyster sauce 
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • Thai sweet basil leaves
