Preparation Method :

  • Stir-fry the chili curry paste with oil until aromatic then add the catfish meat. Stir-fry the contents together.
  • Season with fish sauce and palm sugar then add the cereal cream to boil.
  • Add the pineapple, tomatoes, cayenne peppers and kaffir lime leaves. Thoroughly blend together and garnish with sweet basil leaves.
  • Remove from heat and place contents into a bowl. Serve immediately.



  • 250 grams 1 Grilled catfish, extract the meat Pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces       
  • 200 grams Small tomatoes cut in half   
  • 50 grams Chili curry paste    
  • 600 grams Cereal cream    
  • 3 tablespoon Fish sauce    
  • 2 tablespoon Palm sugar    
  • 1 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
  • 3 leaves Kaffir lime leaves, slivered    
  • 200 grams Sweet basil leaves    
  • 2 pieces of each Green, red and yellow cayenne pepper, diagonally sliced
