Preparation Method :

  • Stir-fry the chili curry paste with oil until aromatic.
  • Add the potatoes and stir-fry together then add the cereal cream. Simmer until the potatoes are cooked and soft.
  • Add the shrimp and bring to the boil, then stir the contents together and season with palm sugar, fish sauce and tamarind juice.
  • Add the cardamom leaves and fruit followed by peanuts then lower the heat. Simmer for a few minutes then remove and serve immediately.



  • 300 grams Medium-sized shrimps, peeled and deveined
  • 100 grams Potatoes cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 3 tablespoon Massaman chili paste    
  • 400 grams Cereal cream    
  • 50 grams Roasted peanuts    
  • 2 Cardamom leaves
  • 3 Cardamom fruit
  • 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
  • 50 grams Palm sugar    
  • 4 tablespoon Fish sauce    
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Tamarind juice
