STIR-FRIED CHILI STRING BEANS

Preparation Method :
- Fry the fish in hot peanut oil (set heat to medium) until golden yellow, set aside to drain oil.
- Boil the string beans for approximately 3 minutes. Remove and immerse in cold water then set aside to drain water.
- Stir-fry the chili paste in sesame oil until aromatic then season with fish sauce and palm sugar. Add the fried fish and string beans and stir-fry together.
- Add the kaffir lime leaves and cayenne pepper, stir-fry again. Place the contents on a serving plate and serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams Bite-sized pieces of sole fish
- 300 grams sliced string beans
- 3 tablespoon Chili curry paste
- 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 2 teaspoon Palm sugar
- 3 leaves Slivered kaffir lime leaves
- 1piece Sliced cayenne peppers
- 1 -2 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil for stir-frying
- IDHAYAM Mantra peanut oil for frying
