Preparation Method :

  • Stir-fry the chili curry paste with oil until aromatic.
  • Flavor with brown sugar and fish sauce and stir-fry together gently.
  • Add the squid and stir-fry until fully cooked. Sprinkle with cayenne peppers, sweet basil and kaffir lime leaves. Thoroughly blend the content together and place onto a serving dish. Serve immediately.


  • 300 grams Squid, sliced into bite-sized pieces 
  • 50 grams Chili curry paste 
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar 
  • 4 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
  • 2 leaves Kaffir lime leaves, slivered 
  • 50 grams Sweet basil leaves 
  • 1 piece Red cayenne pepper, diagonally sliced
