Preparation Method :

  • Wash and shell the prawns, remove the heads and tail fins, and slit open along the back and remove the vein.
  • Heat the oil in a wok. When it is hot, stir-fry the garlic, chestnuts, and pork.
  • When they are done, add the prawns, and when they are done, add the rice.
  • Season with the pepper and the soy and seasoning sauces and continue stir-frying until everything is ready.
  • Transfer to a plate, garnish with coriander leaves, and serve with spring shallots and red spur chillies.
