Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, put in the garlic and fry until fragrant.
  • Break the egg into the wok, break the yolk, mix with it the white, and spread the egg out over the inner surface of the wok.
  • When the egg has set, put in the rice and stir-fry until it is ready.
  • Season with the sugar and soy and seasoning sauces, stir and turn to mix thoroughly, and then turn off the heat.
  • Transfer fried rice onto a bed of lettuce arranged on a plate.
  • Place the pork roll slices on the side of the plate, garnish with carrot, thinly sliced spring shallot and thin slices of red spur chili and coriander leaves for garnish.
  • Serve with sliced cucumber.


  • 500 grams cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 slices of fried Vietnamese pork roll
  • 1 tablespoon finely sliced spring shallot
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
  • 2 teaspoons thinly sliced red spur chili
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoons seasoning sauce
  • 5 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • Carrot, lettuce for garnish
