SARDINE FRIED RICE

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, stir-fry the onion until fragrant.
  • Add the sardines, stirring and scraping them to break them up.
  • Then, add the rice and tomato, and stir and turn to mix everything together.
  • Season with the sugar and soy sauce, and continue stir-frying until the rice is ready.
  • Transfer the fried rice onto a plate, and garnish with red spur chilli, coriander leaves, Chinese radish.
  • serve with spring shallot and cucumber slices.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams cooked rice
  • 2 can sardines packed in tomato sauce (use only the meat, not the sauce)
  • 100 grams sliced tomato
  • 100 grams sliced onion
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 4 spring shallots
  • 2 teaspoons coriander leaves
  • 2 teaspoons thinly sliced red spur chilli
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 5 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • Chinese radish for garnish
