PORK WITH SALTY EGGS

Serves :
4

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Allow the hard-boiled salty eggs to cool. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the garlic for 1 - 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Add the pork and stir-fry for 2 - 3 minutes or until the pork is crumbled a separated.
  • Add the bean sprouts, vegetable stock, oyster sauce and light soy sauce and stir-fry for 3 - 4 minutes.
  • Add the chilies, spring onion and salty eggs and lightly toss together.
  • Spoon into bowls and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve as a side dish.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Salty Eggs hard-boiled, shelled and halved
  • 3 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 150 grams pork Mined 
  • 400 grams Bean sprouts 
  • 6 tablespoons Vegetable stock 
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce 
  • 2 tablespoons Light soy sauce 
  • 4 Red chilies, diagonally sliced
  • 2 Spring onions, diagonally sliced
  • Coriander leaves to garnish
