Preparation Method :

  • Stir-fry the chili curry paste with oil until aromatic.
  • Add the prawns and stir-fry until cooked then season with fish sauce and sugar.
  • Add the cereal cream and blend together gently.
  • Place on a serving dish and garnish with cayenne pepper, kaffir lime leaves and coriander.


  • 400 grams Prawns, cut in half (leave the shells intact) 
  • 2 tablespoon Red curry chili past
  • 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar or palm sugar
  • 100 grams Cereal cream 
  • 3 leaves Kaffir lime leaves, slivered
  • Coriander leaves as desired
  • 1 piece of each Red and yellow cayenne pepper, cut into shreds
