Preparation Method :

  • Stir-fry the green curry chili paste with oil until aromatic then add the shrimp and stir-fry until cooked.
  • Season with sugar and fish sauce then add the cereal cream and blend the contents together.
  • Add the carrots and coconut meat followed by the string beans and eggplant. Bring contents to the boil then add the cayenne pepper, kaffir lime leaves and sweet basil leaves. 
  • Remove and place on a serving dish. Serve with hot rice or kanom jeen noodles as desired.


  • 300 grams Medium-sized fresh shrimps, peeled and deveined 
  • 100 grams Carrots cut into sticks 
  • 100 grams Young coconut meat cut into strip 
  • 100 grams Eggplant sliced into 4 pieces
  • 100 grams String beans cut into pieces 
  • 50 grams Green curry chili paste 
  • 600 grams Cereal cream 
  • 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil 
  • 50 ml Fish sauce 
  • 2 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 3 leaves Kaffir lime leaves, slivered 
  • 4-5 pieces Yellow and red cayenne pepper, diagonally sliced 
  • 100 grams Sweet basil leaves
