Preparation Method :

  • Simmer the cereal cream until boiled then add the minced shrimp and fermented soybeans. Simmer until the shrimp is cooked.
  • Add the shallots and cayenne peppers then gently mix together.
  • Season with tamarind juice, palm sugar and salt. Taste for a balanced salty sweet flavor. Pour in a bowl and serve with fresh vegetables.



  • 350 grams Minced shrimp meat
  • 50 grams Fermented white soybeans, finely crushed    
  • 300 grams Cereal cream    
  • 50 grams Shallots    
  • 2 pieces of each Green and red cayenne peppers, cut into pieces    
  • 3- 4 tablespoon Tamarind juice    
  • 2-3 tablespoon Palm sugar    
  • 2 teaspoon Ground salt
